Our Cowboys family continues to grow and we are excited that you are interested in being a part of that growth this season!

Registration Fees for the 2024 season (Age as of July 31, 2024):
Jr. Tiny Mite (Age 3-4) $150
All Other Divisions $230

Registration fees include a game day uniform package, practice wear, various coaching equipment, insurance, league fees collected by Pop Warner, contribution towards the cost of indoor practice facilities, cheer mats, competition uniforms, competition music and other administrative operating expenses. 
Competition bows, competition shoes, special event shirts or other accessories may be ordered separately as the season progresses and teams qualify for competitions. Estimated cost expected to be around $75 and we would give you notice prior to those fees being due if they arise.

Required Equipment:
Each player will need appropriate athletic shoes for practice.

Forms:
The following documents must be uploaded for your registration to be complete and the player added to a team roster:
Copy of player’s birth certificate, state ID, or passport
Copy of player’s year end (Q4) report card (can be uploaded once received)

Practices:
Practices start August 1st and are held at Ogden Park. Teams can practice up to 10 hours per week before school starts at which time it drops to 6 hours per week. Our Jr. Tiny Mite teams typically practice 1-2 times per week for an hour each practice. Practices generally run 6-8 pm unless otherwise communicated by the coach. We will move to an indoor practice space in early September.   

Games:
Games are held on Saturdays with our home field being at Ogden Park. Away games can be held at various other athletic fields around New Hanover and surrounding counties. Game schedules are generated by Pop Warner and are typically provided in late August with the annual jamboree usually kicking off the season Labor Day weekend and running through October. Competitive level teams can qualify for regional and national competitions well into November and December.
